A traditional Japanese sword, the katana was originally used by samurai, and later featured in manga, anime and movies. Modeled after the traditional katana, this design includes a curved blade, tapered blade edge, handle-wrap details and a carved tsuba (guard). Comes with stand and sign.
A traditional Japanese sword, the katana was originally used by samurai, and later featured in manga, anime and movies. Modeled after the traditional katana, this design includes a curved blade, tapered blade edge, handle-wrap details and a carved tsuba (guard).
Made from Baltic Birch, the katana comes with a stand and sign (shown in product images). I design the outline of the sword and the engraving, cut, finish and hand-assemble each piece. The pieces are then disassembled and shipped flat with assembly instructions in a bag. Upon receipt of the item, simply insert the support arms and sign into the stand, slide the tsuba down the blade and place the katana on the stand.
